Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) 

If you are a consumer in Norway or the EU/EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), for any reason, without giving justification (this is a statutory right under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive and cannot be waived).

To use this right: contact us at hello@bybriskeby.com within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Once we receive the item back in its original, unused condition, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) within 14 days.

Exception — hygiene-sealed products: lip gloss and under-eye patches cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been opened or broken, in line with the hygiene-goods exemption under Norwegian and EU consumer protection law. Unopened, sealed items remain fully covered by the 14-day right above.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or replacement — no return shipping required.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
