These Terms of Service govern your use of ByBriskeby ("we", "us", "our") and any purchase you make through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and may change without notice, though changes will never affect an order you have already placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer shopping from Norway or the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) and equivalent EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day window. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. This right applies in addition to, and separately from, our damaged/incorrect item policy described below.
Returns, Refunds & Claims
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, see our FAQ for our simplified claims process — in most cases you will not need to ship anything back. For withdrawal-based cancellations under the section above, we may ask you to return the item at your own cost, or offer a partial refund in lieu of return, at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on product pages. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and our payment partners.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of ByBriskeby and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ByBriskeby is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes not resolved directly with us may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Board (Forbrukerklageutvalget) or your local equivalent under EU law.
