Ordering

Place your order directly on the site — no account required, though creating one lets you track orders and save your details for next time. You will receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from our partner warehouses within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-15 days for the US, and 10-20 days for Norway, EU, and UK, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

As a customer in Norway or the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Just email us within that window and send the item back within a further 14 days; we'll refund the full purchase price once it arrives back with us. Return shipping is on you unless the item is faulty. (Exception: lip gloss and under-eye patches can't be returned once the hygiene seal is opened.)

If your item arrives damaged, wrong, or doesn't work as expected, you don't need to send anything back — contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll issue a full refund or replacement, no return shipping needed.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check order status anytime from your account.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered by email and never expire. They can be used for any product in our store and combined with discount codes at checkout.
