Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by product, since our fulfillment partner ships from international warehouses using different logistics methods depending on the item.
- Skincare tools & accessories (rollers, gua sha stones, brushes, eye patches, cosmetic sticks): typically 5–15 business days to Norway, the EU, and the UK, and 5–12 business days to the US, Canada, and Australia.
- Liquid & cream cosmetics (lip gloss, face serum, lip scrub): typically 10–25 business days worldwide, as these products require slower, liquid-safe international shipping methods.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping times are estimates from our fulfillment partner and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
