📷 Have a photo of the item or the damage? This form can't accept image attachments directly — the fastest way to get it to us is to email it straight to hei@bybriskeby.no with your order number in the subject line. We'll match it to your request.

How it works

  1. Send us your order number and a short description within 14 days of delivery — using the form above, or by emailing hei@bybriskeby.no directly.
  2. We'll confirm the details with you and let you know where to send it, if a physical return is needed.
  3. Pack the item back up unused and in its original packaging, and send it our way.
  4. Once it arrives, we'll process your refund or exchange — usually within a few business days.

What we need from you

Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, lip gloss and under-eye patches cannot be returned once the seal has been broken — everything else is covered by the standard 14-day right, whether sealed or not.

Return shipping costs are on you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. In that case, tell us within 14 days (a photo helps) and we will cover it — no return needed.
