Steam the face for 5-10 minutes (warm cloth or after a shower) to open the pores before use — never on cold, closed skin. Choose the right tool for the area: the loop extractor for individual spots, the needle only for whiteheads (never press on closed blemishes). Work slowly with even, light pressure — stop immediately if it hurts or doesn't loosen easily. Finish with a hydrating toner or facial water to calm the skin. Clean all metal parts with disinfectant alcohol before and after each use. Max 1-2 times a week — overuse irritates the skin.
