A simple, effective rolling massage stick with three smooth wheels, designed for legs, back and shoulders. Roll firmly over tense muscles to ease tightness after a long day or a workout. Compact and easy to store in a gym bag or bathroom shelf.
Use on bare skin or over a thin layer of oil/lotion. Roll with moderate pressure along muscle groups (calves, thighs, shoulders) in the direction of the heart — this supports lymphatic drainage. 3-5 minutes per area, ideally after exercise or a long day standing/sitting. Do not use directly over injuries, inflamed joints or varicose veins.
